We asked Michelle to answer some daft questions to help get to know her a bit better.
Q1 What was your first job?
Working in a cinema - usherette, cafe worker and reception/sales.
Q2 If you weren’t in your present job, what would you be doing?
Working for another of my own businesses!
Q3 How do you spend your Saturday afternoons?
Having a Full English Breakfast, then starting to bake for the afternoon then spending rest of day eating freshly baked goods.
Q4 Who would you most like to be stuck in a lift with?
Skin from Skunk Anansie, now a solo artist. So we could pass the time having a sing-along! Plus, she is taller than me so could help me get through the escape hatch! :-)

Duck Dynasty makes my happy happy happy!

Anything by Richard Laymon - I love horror.
Q8 Who has been the biggest influence on you?
My Dad. I learnt my work attitude/ethics from him and he encouraged my entrepreneurial spirit when I was a child.
Q9 What is your favourite time of day?
When I'm eating, but before the washing up!
Q10 What is your top tip for someone starting their own business?
Come and see me for support, don't try to do it alone if it is your first business. There is support out there, take advantage of it.
