Getting Healthy Sitting Down

A big thank you to Healthiness in particular Matt who has helped a  mature group of over sixty something ladies look at getting fit in a fun and sustainable way through chair based exercises . All the exercises that were introduced are certainly ones that can be carried out at home and shared with friends and family. What made it so enjoyable was the banter and laughter that went on in the sessions and all in time to the sounds of the fifties and sixties music.
