Today I thought I woud share with you my morning tea recipe. It really is simple and it s a great immunity booster and it really sets me up for the day.
You will only need 3 ingredients and some boiling water:
1/4 tsp of Turmeric- Turnmeric is an anti inflammatory which is great for inflamation of the joints
1 tsp of Honey- Honey is rich in antioxidants
a good sqeeze of fresh Lemon- Lemon boosting the immune system.
