We have the privilege to be part in a wonderful project ‘Festival 31 2020: Creative Connections’.
Refugee Week is a UK-wide festival celebrating the contributions, creativity and resilience of refugees.
Founded in 1998 and held every year around World Refugee Day on 20 June, Refugee Week is also a growing global movement. F31 is coordinated by SOLA Arts in partnership with contributing organisations and individuals.
We want to say a big thank you to the artist Becky Downing that she provide us a platform to have the Roma voice heard. With her support we were able to create two poems that represent part of our identity.
