National Curry Week 2020

This week is National Curry week, which gives us an excuse to share some of our favourite recipes.

A simple but perfect side to any Indian feast is Saag Aloo and once you've made it, it's definitely one you'll want to make again and again.  You can find the full recipe by clicking here.

With a whole range of aromatic spices, these potatoes really pack a punch. Stir through spinach and scatter with chilli and serve. What's more, this speedy Indian side dish is vegan, dairy- and gluten-free, so everyone can get involved.

We found that during our L8 Slow Food course, earlier in the year, curries are easily adaptable to slow cooking and in most cases help enhance the flavours even more.  Everyone enjoyed learning some new curry recipes, adapting their own and sharing some favourites with their groups, to use in the slow cooker.
