What is your favourite curry recipe?
Below is one of my favourites, a Chicken Dhansak Curry recipe. This is a mild but tasty curry and even better can be cooked in a slow cooker. If you like a bit of spice you can always add chopped fresh chillies to the finished dish.
To adapt the recipe for the slow cooker follow steps 1 & 2 as listed, then add everything into the slow cooker for step 3 and cook on high for approx. 3 hours or low for approx. 6 hours.
