For young people aged 11-17 we offer a programme of fun and developmental activities throughout the school holidays and after school during term time.
These activities support and motivate young people to stay on board with education or training. They also aim to encourage those young people who may be more marginalised to take part in mainstream leisure and youth activities.

Child Safety and Insurance
When young people take part in our activities, they and their parents or carers can be confident that their safety is always paramount.
We have in place a detailed Safeguarding Policy which ensures that staff and volunteers follow clear guidelines when supervising the activities. All staff and volunteers are ‘vetted’ (using an Enhanced CRB Disclosure) to ensure their suitability and we always maintain an appropriate adult to child ratio.
Risk assessments are carried out for every young people’s activity. In the case of activities which take place off-site and are supervised by another organisation, we ensure that a full risk assessment has been completed by the organisation.
We carry full insurance for all of our activities, including those which take place off-site. Our insurance policies are underwritten by Royal Sun Alliance and Allianz Cornhill and the policy certificates are displayed in our offices where they can be inspected. For activities whuch are supervised by another organisation we also ensure that the organisation has its own public liability insurance in place.
