The Modern Slavery Act 2015 places an obligation on companies with an annual turnover in excess of £36 million to publish a Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement each year. GTDT's turnover is well below this figure and we are therefore not required to produce an annual statement.
What follows is GTDT's general position regarding Modern Slavery.
Modern Slavery is a heinous crime and we are committed to playing our part in eradicating it from our society. GTDT, its directors, staff and volunteers are completely committed to upholding the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Furthermore, we have undertaken our own due diligence into our supply chain to ensure as far as possible that it too is free from slavery and human trafficking.
